Why is there a change in the wording of the posuk?

(12,3) "And I will bless those who bless you, and him who curses you I will curse."

It is worthy of note that by the blessing it says "I will bless you" at the beginning of the clause, but by the curse it says "I will curse" at the end of the clause. But the explanation is that it is well known that the blessing of a rich person is greater than that of a poor person, and the curse of a poor person is greater than that of a rich person.

Therefore, by the blessing it says initially "I will bless you", in order that he will be rich at the time that he blesses you, and so his blessing will be great. And by the curse it says "I will curse" after he curses, in order that he will still be rich when he curses, so that his curse will be small, and only afterwards Hashem will curse him.

Which job titles did Eliezer have?

(15,2) "…and the steward (בן משק) of my household is Eliezer of Damascus."

To explain the posuk on the level of רמז (allusion), behold, it says in parshas Chayei Sarah (24,2) "And Avrohom said to his servant, the elder of his house, ruler over all that was his". The phrase "his servant" means a שוטר (an overseer), "the elder of his house" means a קצין (a chief), and "ruler" means a משגיח (manager). As it says in Mishlei (6,7) "for she has no chief, overseer or ruler".

This is what it alludes to here in this posuk, "the steward of my household" (ובן משק ביתי) - the word משק is the first letters of מושל שוטר קצין, alluding that Eliezer had these three designations.
